Brittany Whittington

Brittany Whittington is a painter and owner of The Art Cottage. Growing up in Petal, MS, art has always been prevalent in her life. Brittany has a degree in education from the University of Southern Mississippi and has homeschooled her children since 2014. With the opening of her small business The Art Cottage in 2018, she began professionally painting murals in businesses, churches, and schools in Ellisville, Laurel, and Moselle and has connected with numerous people through her custom art and paint parties. Specializing in acrylic paint, Brittany has a whimsy style with a positive, colorful, ‘outside-of-the lines’ rhythm. She cherishes her faith, her role as a mother, and the opportunity to create art.
